| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The AFP Permian Basin Chapter was founded in 1993 |

| 17 | 18 | | networking and training opportunities; each year, the group hosts |

| 18 | 19 | | an NPD event to honor the outstanding work of individuals, |

| 19 | 20 | | businesses, and organizations in the region that are dedicated to |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | giving back to the community; and |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, National Philanthropy Day provides a welcome |

| 22 | 23 | | opportunity to recognize those individuals who endeavor to make the |

| 23 | 24 | | world a better place, and Myndi Easter is setting an admirable |
