| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The AFP Permian Basin Chapter was founded in 1993 |

| 19 | 20 | | an NPD event to honor the outstanding work of individuals, |

| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, National Philanthropy Day provides a welcome |
