| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever cherish their |

| 6 | 6 | | memories of Lee Hutchins Hubby of Austin, who passed away on |

| 7 | 7 | | November 6, 2022, at the age of 75; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The son of Lee and Sola Hubby, "Hutch" Hubby |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | graduated from Austin High School and subsequently enrolled in the |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | Plan II program at The University of Texas at Austin, where he |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | played varsity baseball; he went on to enjoy a successful career in |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | the insurance industry; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Hubby took great pride in his 6 children, Paige, |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | Erin, Ellen, Zachary, Bethany, and Tiffany, and with the passing |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | years, he had the privilege of welcoming into his family 11 beloved |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | grandchildren; he was sustained by a deep and abiding faith, and in |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | his leisure time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Admired for his warmth, kindness, and generosity of |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | spirit, Hutch Hubby touched countless lives during his journey on |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | this earth, and he will long be remembered with deep affection by |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | all who knew him; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 23 | 23 | | Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the memory |

| 24 | 24 | | of Lee Hutchins Hubby and extend sincere condolences to the members |

| 25 | 25 | | of his family: to his children, Paige Maddex, Erin Frazier, Ellen |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | Demers, Zachary Hubby, and Bethany Whaley; to his grandchildren; to |

| 27 | 27 | | his sister, Sola Jan Hubby; to his aunt, Patsy Crumley; to his |
