| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Corando R. Trevino is celebrating his 48th |

| 6 | 6 | | anniversary as the owner of Modern Pharmacy in Robstown in October |

| 7 | 7 | | 2023; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, One of the oldest community pharmacies in Nueces |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | County, Modern Pharmacy first opened its doors in 1937 under the |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | ownership of C. Adame; the store was acquired by Mr. Trevino on |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | October 1, 1975; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, In the nearly half a century since, this |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | accomplished pharmacist and businessman has devoted himself to |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | ensuring the health and wellness of Robstown area residents; over |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | the years, his wife, Ninfa, and their children, Cory and Leila, have |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | also played an integral role in the family business; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Through his dedication, expertise, and commitment |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | to serving his customers, C. R. Trevino has built Modern Pharmacy |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | into a respected Robstown business, and he and his family are indeed |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | deserving of recognition for their contributions to the community; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | now, therefore, be it |

| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 23 | 23 | | Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate Corando R. |

| 24 | 24 | | Trevino on his 48th anniversary as the owner of Modern Pharmacy in |

| 25 | 25 | | Robstown and extend to the Trevino family sincere best wishes for |
