20 | | - | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |

21 | | - | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
---|
22 | | - | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |

23 | | - | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
---|
24 | | - | Act takes effect on the 91st day after the last day of the |

| 21 | + | (2) reveals whether a person described by Subdivision |

| 22 | + | (1) has family members. |

| 23 | + | SECTION 2. Section 552.1175, Government Code, is amended by |

| 24 | + | adding Subsection (a-1) to read as follows: |

| 27 | + | administrative law judge for the State Office of Administrative |

| 35 | + | SECTION 4. The changes in law made by this Act apply only to |

| 36 | + | a request for information that is received by a governmental body or |
---|
| 37 | + | an officer on or after the effective date of this Act. A request for |
---|
| 38 | + | information that was received before the effective date of this Act |
---|
| 39 | + | is governed by the law in effect on the date the request was |
---|
| 40 | + | received, and the former law is continued in effect for that |
---|
| 41 | + | purpose. |
---|
| 42 | + | SECTION 5. This Act takes effect on the 91st day after the |
---|
| 43 | + | last day of the legislative session. |
