2	6		WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
3	7		recognize Bobby and Lindsey Kasprzak on their outstanding
4	8		service to Montgomery County through their philanthropic
5	9		nonprofit organization, the Apricity Foundation; and
6	10		WHEREAS, The Apricity Foundation, founded by Bobby and
7	11		Lindsey Kasprzak in 2021, supports a number of small to midsize
8	12		nonprofits in Montgomery County; since its establishment, the
9	13		foundation has donated $750,000 to local charities, and in the
10	14		first half of 2023, it disbursed funds to more than 40
11	15		organizations; and
12	16		WHEREAS, Guided by an unwavering commitment to helping
13	17		those in need, Bobby and Lindsey encourage the practices of
14	18		service and charity within their organization and in their
15	19		community; the foundation's board members give generously of
16	20		their time to organize and attend such community events as the
17	21		foundation's annual gala and the county fair, and they have
18	22		inspired a culture of altruism in Montgomery County; and
19	23		WHEREAS, Bobby and Lindsey are devoted parents to their
20	24		daughter Sarah, whom they have raised by loving example; they are
21	25		a source of positivity and inspiration to their friends and
22	26		fellow members of their community, and they are truly deserving
23	27		of special recognition for their generous philanthropy; now,
24	28		therefore, be it
25	29		RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th
26	30		Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby commend Bobby and
27	31		Lindsey Kasprzak on their many contributions to Montgomery
28	32		County and to the Lone Star State and extend to them best wishes
29	33		for continued success in all of their endeavors; and, be it
30	34		further
31	35		RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
32	36		them as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
