| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION TO TEXAS HISTORICAL COMMISSION. | |
| 11 | 11 | The amount of $14,000,000 is appropriated from the general revenue | |
| 12 | 12 | fund to the Texas Historical Commission for use during the state | |
| 13 | 13 | fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2025, for the construction of the | |
| 14 | 14 | Juneteenth Museum in Fort Worth. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act takes effect | |
| 16 | 16 | immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members | |
| 17 | 17 | elected to each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas | |
| 18 | 18 | Constitution. If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for | |
| 19 | 19 | immediate effect, this Act takes effect on the 91st day after the | |
| 20 | 20 | last day of the legislative session. |
