| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Distinguishing herself in a trailblazing role, |

| 14 | 15 | | Terri McColloch launched the volleyball program at Midland High |

| 15 | 16 | | School; she enjoyed an outstanding run of success over the course of |

| 16 | 17 | | her 18-year tenure as head coach of the Lady Bulldogs, leading her |

| 17 | 18 | | teams to 9 district championships and 20 playoff appearances while |

| 18 | 19 | | racking up 466 wins against only 208 losses; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Ms. McColloch earned a dozen Coach of the Year |

| 20 | 21 | | awards and was chosen as the West All-Star Coach in 1994; moreover, |

| 21 | 22 | | many of the student-athletes she mentored garnered district Most |

| 22 | 23 | | Valuable Player accolades, and numerous members of the Bulldog |

| 23 | 24 | | volleyball program were honored with selection to the Texas Girls |

| 24 | 25 | | Coaches Association Academic All-State Team; during her time with |

| 25 | 26 | | Midland ISD, she also served as the department chair for health and |

| 26 | 27 | | physical education and as the girls athletic coordinator; and |

| 27 | 28 | | WHEREAS, Through her dedicated efforts, Terri McColloch has |

| 28 | 29 | | furthered the proud tradition of athletic excellence and |

| 29 | 30 | | participation that has long been a hallmark of Midland ISD, and she |
