| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Jerod Foster is an award-winning travel and |

| 13 | 14 | | conservation photographer, filmmaker, and producer, and his |

| 14 | 15 | | clients have included The Nature Conservancy, the Bullock Texas |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | State History Museum, Texas Monthly, and The New York Times; early |

| 16 | 17 | | in his career, he was employed at the Texas Techsan magazine, and he |

| 17 | 18 | | currently serves as an associate professor of practice in the |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | College of Media and Communication at Texas Tech University; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Foster has authored seven books on photography |

| 20 | 21 | | and visual storytelling, including Between Two Rivers: Photography |

| 21 | 22 | | and Poems Between the Brazos and the Rio Grande, which was published |

| 22 | 23 | | by Texas Tech Press and was recognized among the top 100 university |

| 23 | 24 | | press books in 2020 by Literary Hub; he is also in the process of |

| 24 | 25 | | producing a documentary on the endangered lesser prairie chicken as |

| 25 | 26 | | well as a large-scale documentary series on exploring the Great |

| 28 | 29 | | WHEREAS, The accomplishments of noteworthy alumni are a |
