| 5 | 5 | | BE IT RESOLVED, That the member appointed as chair of the |

| 7 | 7 | | Representatives of the 88th Texas Legislature be removed from the |

| 8 | 8 | | position of chair of the committee: |

| 9 | 9 | | (1) Business and Industry; |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | (2) Corrections; |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | (3) County Affairs; |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | (4) Criminal Jurisprudence; |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | (5) Juvenile Justice and Family Issues; |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | (6) Natural Resources; |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | (7) Resolutions Calendars; |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | (8) Youth Health and Safety, Select Committee; and |

| 17 | 17 | | (9) Transportation; and, be it further |

| 18 | 18 | | RESOLVED, That the member appointed as vice-chair of the |

| 19 | 19 | | committee shall serve as chair of the committee for the remainder of |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | the 88th Texas Legislature; and, be it further |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | RESOLVED, That all necessary rules of the House of |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | Representatives of the 88th Texas Legislature be suspended for the |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | purpose of carrying out this resolution. |
