Authorizes, under certain circumstances, the reimbursement of costs incurred by certain counties related to certain activities that are subject to the excise tax on live entertainment. (BDR 32-115)
Relating to the ability of certain municipalities and counties to elect not to participate in certain event reimbursement programs and to the allocation of a portion of the state hotel occupancy tax revenue collected in those municipalities and counties.
Requires State to annually compensate certain municipalities for costs related to obligations for development of low- and moderate-income housing units.
Economic development project; revise certain definition of and allow counties and municipalities to enter into agreement with qualified business enterprises.
