Honoring all mothers in Texas and beyond on the occasion of Mother's Day 2025 and extending special recognition and appreciation to the mothers who are unable to be with their loved ones on this day because of the work of the Texas Legislature.
Authorizes the issuance of "Blue Star Mother" and "Blue Star Family" distinctive license plates for parents and family members of active duty service members; establishes the "blue star mothers and families support fund".
Recognizing September 28, 2025, as Gold Star Mother's and Family's Day, and honoring the sacrifices of the Gold Star family members from the State of New York
