| 29 | - | (b) The department shall pay for the [those] services | |
| 30 | - | described by Subsection (a) from funds appropriated [to the center] | |

| 32 | - | (c) A client of a state facility designated by the | |
| 33 | - | department under Section 554.001 [the center] who is not a resident | |
| 34 | - | of the school district that serves the geographical area in which | |
| 35 | - | the facility is located [Waco Independent School District] may | |
| 36 | - | receive education services from the district [Waco Independent | |
