| 17 | 16 | Ramirez Vasquez Memorial Highway. | |
| 18 | 17 | (b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall: | |
| 19 | 18 | (1) design and construct markers indicating the | |
| 20 | 19 | designation as the Trooper Kevin Ramirez Vasquez Memorial Highway | |
| 21 | 20 | and any other appropriate information; and | |
| 22 | 21 | (2) erect a marker at each end of the highway and at | |
| 23 | 22 | appropriate intermediate sites along the highway. | |
| 24 | 23 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
