| 12 | 14 | SECTION 1. Section 2154.101(b), Occupations Code, is | |

| 14 | 16 | (b) A person who is younger than 18 [21] years of age may not | |
| 15 | 17 | be issued a [pyrotechnic operator's license. The minimum age of a | |
| 16 | 18 | person issued another] license under Subchapter D [is 18 years of | |
| 17 | 19 | age]. | |
| 18 | 20 | SECTION 2. Section 2154.201(a), Occupations Code, is | |
| 19 | 21 | amended to read as follows: | |
