| 13 | 13 | SECTION 1. Sections 485A.103(a), (b), and (c), Government | |
| 14 | 14 | Code, are amended to read as follows: | |
| 15 | 15 | (a) There may not be more than 15 [10] media production | |
| 16 | 16 | development zone designations under this chapter at any one time. | |
| 17 | 17 | (b) There may not be more than 10 [five] media production | |
| 18 | 18 | development zones under this chapter in a region at any one time. | |
| 19 | 19 | (c) Each media production development zone may not contain | |
| 20 | 20 | more than eight qualified [three] media production locations at any | |
| 21 | 21 | one time. | |
| 22 | 22 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
