| 11 | 13 | | Chapter 892 (H.B. 5066), Acts of the 88th Legislature, Regular |

| 12 | 14 | | Session, 2023, is amended to read as follows: |

| 13 | 15 | | (a) The [Not later than January 30, 2024, the] commission |

| 14 | 16 | | shall direct the independent organization certified under Section |

| 15 | 17 | | 39.151 for the ERCOT power region to develop a reliability plan |
