| 14 | 14 | Sec. 372.0525. SUSPENSION OF TOLL COLLECTION DURING | |
| 15 | 15 | EVACUATION ORDER. During the period an evacuation order under | |
| 16 | 16 | Section 418.108, Government Code, is in effect, a toll project | |
| 17 | 17 | entity may not collect a toll for use of a toll project if the | |
| 18 | 18 | project is located in the area designated for evacuation by the | |
| 19 | 19 | order. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
