| 13 | 13 | Local Laws Code, is amended by adding Section 8850.0305 to read as | |

| 15 | 15 | Sec. 8850.0305. REGULATION OF STRUCTURES NEAR MEDINA LAKE. | |
| 16 | 16 | (a) The district may regulate the construction of structures | |
| 17 | 17 | within the boundaries of the district below the high water line of | |
| 18 | 18 | Medina Lake. | |
| 19 | 19 | (b) The district may adopt rules to govern the issuance of | |
| 20 | 20 | permits for the construction of structures within the boundaries of | |
| 21 | 21 | the district below the high water line of Medina Lake. Rules | |
| 22 | 22 | adopted under this section must exempt from a permitting | |
| 23 | 23 | requirement structures constructed by a political subdivision. | |
| 24 | 24 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
