| 13 | 13 | SECTION 1. Section 32.075, Election Code, is amended by | |

| 15 | 15 | (i) A presiding judge who has a watcher removed from the | |
| 16 | 16 | polling place after the watcher has been duly accepted for service | |
| 17 | 17 | under Subchapter A, Chapter 33, shall provide to the watcher a | |
| 18 | 18 | signed statement containing the reason for the removal. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
