9	7		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
10	8		SECTION 1. Section 3151.002, Government Code, is amended to
11	9		read as follows:
12	10		Sec. 3151.002. DEFINITION OF CAPITOL VIEW CORRIDOR. In
13	11		this chapter, "Capitol view corridor" means:
14	12		(1) the South Mall of The University of Texas
15	13		Corridor, which encompasses all of the area between two lines:
16	14		(A) one of which begins at an elevation of 594
17	15		feet above sea level at Texas Plane Coordinate X-2818794.86,
18	16		Y-234376.98, and extends along a bearing of S 2 7 0.0 W for a
19	17		distance of 3790.248 feet to a point 100 feet from the center of the
20	18		Capitol dome, this point being located at Texas Plane Coordinate
21	19		X-2818654.87, Y-230589.32; and
22	20		(B) the second of which begins at an elevation of
23	21		594 feet above sea level at Texas Plane Coordinate X-2818628.71,
24	22		Y-234341.64, and extends along a bearing of S 2 39 17.7 W for a

445	443		SECTION 2. Section 3151.003, Government Code, is amended to
446	444		read as follows:
447	445		Sec. 3151.003. APPLICABILITY. This chapter does not apply
448	446		to:
449	447		(1) the construction, renovation, or equipment of the
450	448		Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium or to improvements related
451	449		to the stadium, except that the height of the stadium or a related
452	450		improvement, other than the north end of the stadium or a related
453	451		improvement to the north end of the stadium, may not exceed 670
454	452		[666] feet above sea level;
455	453		(2) the construction, redevelopment, or improvement
456	454		of 11th Street pursuant to the East 11th and 12th Streets
457	455		Redevelopment Program, except that the height of an improvement may
458	456		not exceed 600 feet above sea level; or
459	457		(3) the construction, redevelopment, or improvement
460	458		of Robert Mueller Municipal Airport under a redevelopment and reuse
461	459		plan for the airport adopted by the City of Austin.
462	460		SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
