| 11 | 11 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 12 | 12 | SECTION 1. (a) Subject to Subsection (b) of this section | |
| 13 | 13 | and not later than September 1, 2026, the Texas Department of | |
| 14 | 14 | Transportation shall erect and maintain highway signs guiding road | |
| 15 | 15 | users to the Koreatown District in the Northwest Dallas | |
| 16 | 16 | neighborhood of Dallas from the following routes: | |
| 17 | 17 | (1) the exits for Royal Lane from northbound and | |
| 18 | 18 | southbound Interstate Highway 35E; and | |
| 19 | 19 | (2) the exits for Luna Road from eastbound and | |
| 20 | 20 | westbound Interstate Highway 635. | |
| 21 | 21 | (b) A sign erected under this section may not violate the | |
| 22 | 22 | Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices or the Manual on | |
| 23 | 23 | Uniform Traffic Control Devices issued by the United States | |
| 24 | 24 | Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration. | |
| 25 | 25 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
