| 10 | 10 | | certain tax revenue derived from a hotel and convention center |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | project and to pledge certain tax revenue for the payment of |

| 13 | 13 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | SECTION 1. Section 351.152, Tax Code, is amended to read as |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | follows: |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Sec. 351.152. APPLICABILITY. This subchapter applies only |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | to: |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | (1) a municipality described by Section |
|---|

|---|
| 77 | 77 | | population of 2.1 million or more that is adjacent to a county with |
