| 10 | 10 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. For the purpose of reducing traffic congestion | |
| 12 | 12 | on public roads, the Texas Department of Transportation shall: | |
| 13 | 13 | (1) develop a plan, conduct an environmental review, | |
| 14 | 14 | and propose a design for: | |
| 15 | 15 | (A) a bridge in Harris County crossing the | |
| 16 | 16 | railroad tracks at the intersection of Little York Road and Hirsch | |
| 17 | 17 | Road to provide rail-roadway grade separation; and | |
| 18 | 18 | (B) a bridge in Harris County crossing the | |
| 19 | 19 | railroad tracks at the intersection of Tidwell Road and Hirsch Road | |
| 20 | 20 | to provide rail-roadway grade separation; and | |
| 21 | 21 | (2) construct the bridges described by Subdivision | |
| 22 | 22 | (1). | |
| 23 | 23 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
