A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the compensation of the directors of the Texana
Groundwater Conservation District.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 8857.056, Special District Local Laws
Code, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
