| 15 | 15 | section is not subject to a subpoena issued under Section 2001.089, | |
| 16 | 16 | Government Code, to compel its production unless the release of the | |
| 17 | 17 | video recording is authorized under this section. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
