| 14 | 14 | CHAPTER 446. ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES | |
| 15 | 15 | Sec. 446.001. PROHIBITED SALE OR PROVISION OF CERTAIN ORAL | |
| 16 | 16 | CONTRACEPTIVES. A person may not sell or otherwise provide over the | |
| 17 | 17 | counter to an individual an oral contraceptive unless the | |
| 18 | 18 | individual has a valid prescription for the oral contraceptive | |
| 19 | 19 | prescribed by a licensed physician. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
