6	8		relating to the major events reimbursement program, including event
7	9		funding eligibility, site selection organizations, and single
8	10		event and single year classifications.
9	11		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
10	12		SECTION 1. Section 478.0001(3), Government Code, as amended
11	13		by Chapters 10 (H.B. 1472), 102 (S.B. 1265), 605 (S.B. 1155), and
12	14		915 (H.B. 3607), Acts of the 87th Legislature, Regular Session,
13	15		2021, Acts of the 88th Legislature, Regular Session, 2023,is
14	16		reenacted and amended to read as follows:
15	17		(3) "Event" means any of the following and includes
16	18		any activity related to or associated with the following:
17	19		(A) the Academy of Country Music Awards;
18	20		(B) the Amateur Athletic Union Junior Olympic
19	21		Games;
20	22		(C) the American Performance Horseman;
21	23		(D) the American Rodeo;
22	24		(E) [(C)] the Bassmaster Classic;
23	25		(F) [(D)] a Big 12 Football Conference
24	26		Championship game;
25	27		(G) [(E)] the Breeders' Cup World Championships;
26	28		(H) [(F)] the CMT (Country Music Television)
27	29		Music Awards;
28	30		(I) [(G)] a game of the College Football Playoff
29	31		or its successor;
30	32		(J) [(H)] the Confederation of North, Central
31	33		America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) Gold Cup;
