The bill would change certain requirements relating to reports submitted by the Health and Human Services Commission to the Legislature.The bill would take effect immediately upon receiving a vote of two-thirds of all members elected to each house or, otherwise, on September 1, 2025.It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
