| 22 | 22 | | by this state as a Native American Indian Tribe exercising |

| 23 | 23 | | substantial governmental powers and duties. The tribe is |

| 24 | 24 | | recognized as eligible for all programs, services, authorizations, |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | including marketing and sales authorizations, and other benefits |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | provided to state-recognized Native American Indian Tribes by the |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | United States, this state, or any other state because of the tribe |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | members' status as Native American Indians. |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | SECTION 4. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
