16 | 12 | SECTION 1. Section 264.752, Family Code, is amended by | |

18 | - | (d) A single source continuum contractor or a child-placing | |
19 | - | agency may not: | |
20 | - | (1) subject a relative or designated caregiver to any | |
21 | - | requirement other than as provided by law or department or Health | |
22 | - | and Human Services Commission rule; or | |
23 | - | (2) adopt any policies or procedures related to a | |
24 | - | relative or designated caregiver other than as authorized by law or | |
25 | - | department or Health and Human Services Commission rule. | |
