| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 81, Local Government Code, | |
| 12 | 12 | is amended by adding Section 81.035 to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | Sec. 81.035. COMMISSIONER'S COURT; AGENDAS POSTED | |
| 14 | 14 | DIGITALLY. A commissioner court of a county may post a meeting | |
| 15 | 15 | agenda of a commissioner's court meeting digitally at the location | |
| 16 | 16 | of the meeting in lieu of posting a commissioner's court meeting | |
| 17 | 17 | agenda on paper. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives | |
| 19 | 19 | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as | |
| 20 | 20 | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this | |
| 21 | 21 | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this | |
| 22 | 22 | Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
