| 9 | 11 | SECTION 1. Sec. 2210.352(a), Insurance Code, is amended to | |
| 10 | 12 | read as follows: | |
| 11 | 13 | (a) Not later than September [August] 15 of each year, the | |
| 12 | 14 | association shall file with the department a proposed manual rate | |
| 13 | 15 | for all types and classes of risks written by the association. | |
| 14 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives | |
| 15 | 17 | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as | |
| 16 | 18 | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this | |
| 17 | 19 | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this | |
| 18 | 20 | Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
