| 12 | 12 | SECTION 1. Section 8141.0307, Special District Local Laws | |
| 13 | 13 | Code, is repealed. | |
| 14 | 14 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives | |
| 15 | 15 | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as | |
| 16 | 16 | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. As | |
| 17 | 17 | provided by Section 17(c), Article I, Texas Constitution, if this | |
| 18 | 18 | Act does not receive a two-thirds vote of all the members elected to | |
| 19 | 19 | each house, this Act does not take effect. |
