| 14 | 12 | SECTION 1. Section 172.021, Election Code, is amended by | |

| 16 | 14 | (h) An application for a place on the ballot as a candidate | |

| 19 | 17 | (1) an e-mail address at which the candidate receives | |
| 20 | 18 | correspondence relating to the candidate's campaign; | |
| 21 | 19 | (2) a telephone number at which the candidate can be | |
| 22 | 20 | reached; or | |
| 23 | 21 | (3) an e-mail address and a telephone number described | |
| 24 | 22 | by Subdivisions (1) and (2). | |
