| 12 | 12 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 13 | 13 | SECTION 1. Section 322.0081(a), Government Code, is amended | |
| 14 | 14 | to read as follows: | |
| 15 | 15 | (a) The board shall post on the board's Internet website | |
| 16 | 16 | documents prepared by the board, and all supporting documents and | |
| 17 | 17 | work product used to create the documents, that are provided to a | |
| 18 | 18 | committee, subcommittee, or conference committee of either house of | |
| 19 | 19 | the legislature in connection with an appropriations bill. | |
| 20 | 20 | SECTION 2. The change in law made by this Act applies only | |
| 21 | 21 | to documents provided to a committee, subcommittee, or conference | |
| 22 | 22 | committee on or after the effective date of this Act. | |
| 23 | 23 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
