| 14 | 15 | | Union Texas Petroleum; in 1980, he joined Henry Petroleum |

| 15 | 16 | | Corporation as vice president of drilling and production, guiding |

| 16 | 17 | | the company through a period of growth and ultimately becoming |

| 17 | 18 | | president, chief operating officer, and partner; in 2007, he |

| 18 | 19 | | cofounded Summit Petroleum LLC and currently serves as its chair |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Johnson has contributed his time to a number of |
