| 22 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Doreen has been an ardent champion of Midland, |

| 25 | 26 | | recognition of his contributions, the mayor proclaimed |

| 27 | 28 | | WHEREAS, Since retiring from the paper, Mr. Doreen has served |

| 28 | 29 | | as strategic communications officer for the City of Midland, and he |

| 29 | 30 | | has brought a wealth of experience and deep knowledge to his |

| 30 | 31 | | position; as he continues to take on the exciting challenges of his |

|---|
