| 14 | 14 | the Legislature shall have power, by law, to regulate the wearing of | |
| 15 | 15 | arms, with a view to prevent crime]. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This proposed constitutional amendment shall be | |
| 17 | 17 | submitted to the voters at an election to be held November 4, 2025. | |
| 18 | 18 | The ballot shall be printed to permit voting for or against the | |
| 19 | 19 | proposition: "The constitutional amendment guaranteeing the right | |
