| 13 | 13 | Sec. 31. The legislature may not impose a vehicle mileage | |
| 14 | 14 | tax or fee on an individual that is based on the number of miles the | |
| 15 | 15 | individual travels in a motor vehicle in this state. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This proposed constitutional amendment shall be | |
| 17 | 17 | submitted to the voters at an election to be held November 4, 2025. | |
| 18 | 18 | The ballot shall be printed to permit voting for or against the | |
| 19 | 19 | proposition: "The constitutional amendment prohibiting the | |
| 20 | 20 | imposition of a vehicle mileage tax or fee." |
