| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Kennedy Moorman has been honored as the 2024-2025 |

| 9 | 9 | | Rookie of the Year by the Southern Methodist University cheer |

| 10 | 10 | | program in recognition of her exemplary performance, leadership, |

| 11 | 11 | | and team spirit; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, A member of the SMU spirit cheer team, Ms. Moorman |

| 13 | 13 | | has shown outstanding dedication and growth, both as a cheerleader |

| 14 | 14 | | and in her personal life, during her tenure with the cheer program; |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Moorman takes tremendous pride in wearing the |
