| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Stephanie Chiarello of Austin has ably served her |

| 9 | 9 | | fellow Texans as chief of staff in the office of State |

| 10 | 10 | | Representative R. D. "Bobby" Guerra during the 89th Legislature; |

|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Since becoming a legislative employee, |

| 13 | 13 | | Ms. Chiarello has contributed to the workings of state government |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | firsthand; handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, she has |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | provided vital leadership and helped ensure the efficient operation |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | of the representative's office, serving as the primary liaison to |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | constituents and as the main point of contact for the |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | representative's legislative agenda; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Over the course of 10 legislative sessions, |

| 20 | 20 | | Ms. Chiarello has been a legislative advisor to members of both the |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | Texas House of Representatives and the Texas Senate; she holds a |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | master's degree in public affairs from the LBJ School of Public |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin; and |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | duties as chief of staff with skill and dedication, and she is |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, |

| 28 | 28 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas |

| 29 | 29 | | Legislature hereby commend Stephanie Chiarello for her service as |
