| 11 | 11 | WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the | |
| 12 | 12 | students, faculty, and staff of Fabens Elementary School, Ms. | |
| 13 | 13 | Brashear has led the way in fostering a supportive and challenging | |
| 14 | 14 | educational environment on campus; and | |
| 15 | 15 | WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing | |
| 16 | 16 | vitality of our state, and Veronica Brashear is playing an | |
| 17 | 17 | instrumental role in helping students to reach their full potential | |
| 18 | 18 | and become engaged and productive members of their community; now, | |
