|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Over the years, RHCA has grown to represent a |

|---|
| 17 | 17 | | subcontractors, small business owners, engineers, architects, |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | construction workers, safety training educators and instructors, |
|---|
