7	7	WHEREAS, Texans for Vaccine Choice is a statewide
8	8	organization dedicated to protecting and advancing informed
9	9	consent, medical privacy, and vaccine choice in the State of Texas;
10	10	and
11	11	WHEREAS, for the past decade, Texans for Vaccine Choice has
12	12	worked tirelessly to educate the public, empower individuals with
13	13	knowledge, and promote policies that support the fundamental right
14	14	of Texans to make informed medical decisions for themselves and
15	15	their families; and
16	16	WHEREAS, Texans for Vaccine Choice has built a coalition of
17	17	like-minded individuals, medical professionals, and lawmakers who
18	18	share the belief that vaccine decisions should be made between
19	19	patients and their healthcare providers, free from coercion or
20	20	government mandates; and
21	21	WHEREAS, in the last ten years, the organization has played a
22	22	crucial role in advocating for legislative measures that protect
23	23	medical liberty, oppose discriminatory policies, and ensure that
24	24	Texans are afforded the right to make informed choices regarding
25	25	their healthcare; and
26	26	WHEREAS, through grassroots activism, educational
27	27	initiatives, and outreach efforts, Texans for Vaccine Choice has
28	28	provided a voice for thousands of Texans who believe in the
29	29	importance of preserving personal autonomy in healthcare
30	30	decisions; and
31	31	WHEREAS, the organization's tireless efforts have made a
32	32	lasting impact on the state's legislative landscape, advancing the
33	33	cause of medical liberty and informed consent for all Texans,
34	34	regardless of background or belief; now, therefore,
35	35	BE IT RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th
36	36	Texas Legislature hereby recognizes and honors Texans for Vaccine
37	37	Choice for its outstanding contributions to the protection of
38	38	informed consent, medical privacy, and vaccine choice in the State
39	39	of Texas; and
40	40	BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Texas House of
41	41	Representatives congratulates Texans for Vaccine Choice on the
42	42	occasion of its 10th anniversary and commends the organization for
43	43	its unwavering dedication to preserving individual rights and
44	44	freedoms in healthcare; and
45	45	BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That an official copy of this
46	46	resolution be prepared for Texans for Vaccine Choice as an
47	47	expression of the highest regard from the Texas House of
48	48	Representatives.
