77 WHEREAS, Texans for Vaccine Choice is a statewide
88 organization dedicated to protecting and advancing informed
99 consent, medical privacy, and vaccine choice in the State of Texas;
1010 and
1111 WHEREAS, for the past decade, Texans for Vaccine Choice has
1212 worked tirelessly to educate the public, empower individuals with
1313 knowledge, and promote policies that support the fundamental right
1414 of Texans to make informed medical decisions for themselves and
1515 their families; and
1616 WHEREAS, Texans for Vaccine Choice has built a coalition of
1717 like-minded individuals, medical professionals, and lawmakers who
1818 share the belief that vaccine decisions should be made between
1919 patients and their healthcare providers, free from coercion or
2020 government mandates; and
2121 WHEREAS, in the last ten years, the organization has played a
2222 crucial role in advocating for legislative measures that protect
2323 medical liberty, oppose discriminatory policies, and ensure that
2424 Texans are afforded the right to make informed choices regarding
2525 their healthcare; and
2626 WHEREAS, through grassroots activism, educational
2727 initiatives, and outreach efforts, Texans for Vaccine Choice has
2828 provided a voice for thousands of Texans who believe in the
2929 importance of preserving personal autonomy in healthcare
3030 decisions; and
3131 WHEREAS, the organization's tireless efforts have made a
3232 lasting impact on the state's legislative landscape, advancing the
3333 cause of medical liberty and informed consent for all Texans,
3434 regardless of background or belief; now, therefore,
3535 BE IT RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th
3636 Texas Legislature hereby recognizes and honors Texans for Vaccine
3737 Choice for its outstanding contributions to the protection of
3838 informed consent, medical privacy, and vaccine choice in the State
3939 of Texas; and
4040 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Texas House of
4141 Representatives congratulates Texans for Vaccine Choice on the
4242 occasion of its 10th anniversary and commends the organization for
4343 its unwavering dedication to preserving individual rights and
4444 freedoms in healthcare; and
4545 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That an official copy of this
4646 resolution be prepared for Texans for Vaccine Choice as an
4747 expression of the highest regard from the Texas House of
4848 Representatives.
