| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Established in 1997, Classical Conversations is a |

| 11 | 12 | | faith-based curriculum that empowers parents to guide their |

| 12 | 13 | | children's educational development through the classical model; |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In February 2025, Ms. Sarabia was awarded the |

| 15 | 16 | | Presidential Gold Award after completing 600 hours of community |

| 16 | 17 | | service; she further demonstrated her passion for civic engagement |

| 17 | 18 | | by completing the TeenPact Legislative Congress, where she gained |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Hugo and Linda Sarabia, Ms. Sarabia |

| 20 | 21 | | was also crowned the Duchess of Royal Palms, the highest honor |

| 21 | 22 | | within the Palmview Royal Court; in January 2025, she represented |

| 22 | 23 | | her city at the Texas Citrus Fiesta Queen Citrianna Pageant, and she |

| 23 | 24 | | was named the Princess of Orange Blossom, becoming the first |

| 24 | 25 | | representative from Palmview to receive this title; and |

| 25 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating a strong work ethic and an unwavering |

| 26 | 27 | | dedication to excellence, Aaliyah Sarabia is a source of pride for |

| 27 | 28 | | the Classical Conversations program, her family, and her community, |
