67 R E S O L U T I O N
78 WHEREAS, A rich and purposeful life drew to a close with the
89 passing of Michael V. Pullin of San Antonio on December 18, 2023, at
910 the age of 72; and
1011 WHEREAS, The son of Vernon and Pearl Pullin, Michael Pullin
1112 was born in San Antonio on July 10, 1951; while attending high
1213 school, he worked to support his family; and
1314 WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Pullin benefited from the
1415 love and support of his wife, Brenda, with whom he shared a
1516 rewarding marriage that spanned 45 years, and he took great pride in
1617 his stepson, Brian; he treasured time spent with his family, and he
1718 was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need; an avid
1819 outdoorsman, he especially enjoyed going on fishing trips to Lake
1920 Amistad with his family and their dog, Gracie; and
2021 WHEREAS, Those fortunate enough to have known Michael Pullin
2122 will remember the way he touched their lives with his warmth,
2223 integrity, and generosity, and he will forever hold a treasured
2324 place in their hearts; now, therefore, be it
2425 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas
2526 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Michael V. Pullin
2627 and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to his
2728 wife, Brenda H. Pullin; to his stepson, Brian D. Boenisch; and to
2829 his other relatives and many friends; and, be it further
2930 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
3031 prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
3132 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Michael
3233 Pullin.
