| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, James McAllen III of Linn-San Manuel is a junior |

| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Established in 1997, Classical Conversations is a |

| 11 | 12 | | faith-based curriculum program that empowers parents to guide their |

| 12 | 13 | | children's educational development through the classical model; |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Mr. McAllen serves as a cadet in the Civil Air |

| 15 | 16 | | Patrol, the auxiliary branch of the United States Air Force, and in |

| 16 | 17 | | January 2025, he completed training at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp |

| 17 | 18 | | Bullis and JBSA-Lackland Air Force Base; he also earned the Pope |

| 18 | 19 | | Pius XII religious emblem, a distinguished honor in Scouting |

| 19 | 20 | | America that acknowledges youth ministry and leadership, and he is |

| 20 | 21 | | currently finalizing his board of review to earn the prestigious |

| 21 | 22 | | rank of Eagle Scout in Troop No. 76 of McAllen; in addition, he |
