| 12 | 13 | | daughter, Paola Guerrero-Smith, who leads the restaurant's |

| 13 | 14 | | business operations, marketing, and wine curation; |

| 14 | 15 | | Ms. Guerrero-Smith also launched its underground speakeasy bar, |
