| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Richardson took the helm of Bluebonnet Trails |

| 12 | 13 | | Community Services as executive director in 2007; she achieved |

| 13 | 14 | | great distinction in the role, demonstrating strong leadership |

| 14 | 15 | | skills and an effective hands-on approach in overseeing the |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | nonprofit's services to its eight-county region, which includes |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | roughly a dozen rural communities, the Georgetown San Gabriel |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | Crisis Center, and the Bastrop and Elgin Independent School |

| 18 | 19 | | Districts; and |
|---|
| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Over the course of her tenure, Ms. Richardson helped |

| 20 | 21 | | expand the reach of BTCS and introduced new mental health and autism |
|---|
| 21 | 22 | | programs for youth; headquartered in Round Rock, the organization |
|---|
| 22 | 23 | | offers a wide range of programs that offer support to those in need, |

| 23 | 24 | | including early childhood intervention, crisis counseling, |
|---|
| 24 | 25 | | substance use care, adult mental health treatment, family health |
|---|
| 25 | 26 | | care, and employment and housing assistance; and |
|---|
| 26 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Through her dedicated efforts, Andrea Richardson |

| 27 | 28 | | has made a lasting, positive difference in the lives of countless |

| 28 | 29 | | area Texans, and she may indeed reflect with pride on a job well |

| 29 | 30 | | done as she embarks on the next exciting chapter of her life; now, |
